We’re excited that you are considering our community as your home! Our pet policy allows up to two pets per household, provided they pass Pet Screening. This ensures that all animals on the property are well-behaved for a peaceful and harmonious environment. Pet rent and fees will be based on the results of the pet screening. Q. Can I have shelves, curtains, posters, etc.?
Absolutely! Adding shelves, curtains, and posters can make a room feel unique. With curtains, you get the bonus of privacy, so you always have that extra layer of comfort in a shared apartment or your own room. Why not add some life to the walls by placing posters up? It can make your living space reflect who you are and what you care about. So go ahead and spruce it up - it might make your day much brighter.
Q. Can I paint my walls?
Painting your walls can be a great way to give your home a unique and stylish look, but it's unfortunately against our community's policy. We hope you understand the reasoning behind this policy, although we recognize that it might be a disappointment. On the bright side, there are still plenty of other ways to make your walls feel fresh without painting them. Adding wallpaper or wall decals is one idea – they're beautiful and much easier to remove when you change things up again!
Q. What does the application and leasing process look like?
The leasing process at our office is convenient and hassle-free. You can now submit your application online, making the process quick and easy. To get everything processed, there is a one-time application fee of $75.00 and an administrative fee of $175.00 that covers the cost of paperwork and other services on our end. So if you want to take advantage of our beautiful community, applying online is the perfect way to start!
Q. Do you require renter’s insurance?
Renting an apartment comes with its own unique set of considerations. We understand that you want to ensure your possessions are covered, and that’s why we require residents to have some form of renters insurance, specifically $100K in liability coverage. This type of insurance is designed to provide financial protection should an accident or incident occur on the property, giving you peace of mind that your belongings are protected.
Q. How do I submit a maintenance or service request?
Our office provides a few different ways to submit your request quickly and easily. Whether through the resident portal, via email, or through calling our friendly office staff, we are here to ensure that your requests get handled on time. Paying rent is easy when you’re a resident with us! We’ve made the process as convenient as possible by setting up online payments through our resident portal. This means you won’t need to worry about those pesky paper checks or stamps – everything can be completed in one simple step! All you need to do is log into your personalized account to make payments quickly and securely.
